This is supported by our active
investment in communities and our charitable giving programme. Through this, we aim to enhance our contribution to the UK economy and make a positive difference to the regional communities where our
Great British Expo’s take great pride in the work our charities do within our regional communities. Last year we had the privilege of supporting the work of The Princes Trust, Manchester Children’s Hospital, Sue Ryder Hospice, Midlands Ambulance, People Against Poverty, Swindon 105.5 FM, Innerflame and A Soldier’s Journey.
Our aim is to continue to make a significant investment in our community investment programme and support corporate fundraising and volunteering for all charities and registered good causes.
This year the charity that we have decided to adopt is A Soldier’s Journey (Supporting Injured Soldiers and their families). This charity was set up by Sgt Rick Clement -A Double Amputee and Afghanistan War Hero.
We look forward to supporting this worthy charity throughout 2016 as well as maintaining our continued investment in the community projects and programs we currently work with.
We work alongside Ex Mil Recruitment to offer support for Ex Military - they donate on every placement to A Soldier's Journey -

“Ex-Mil Recruitment was established in 2005 with the sole aim of assisting Ex-Military personnel into civilian roles, and as such we have a very simple ethos which is “by ex-military, for ex-military”. Last year we donated just under £4,500 to various service charities, and we aim this year to break the £5,000 threshold and as such we are committed to donating £100.00 for each placement that we successfully place via the Business and Community Expo throughout 2016. “
